About The Founder
The founder, Ülle Sinisalu Boshko, MBA, is a former Controller with 15+ years of experience in accounting, human resource and financial management. She has a passion to simplify lives of entrepreneurs and small business owners who see true value in setting up accurate financial records from the inception, or have a need to reorganize their current financial records.
Ülle started her own accounting firm for many different reasons, but most importantly to spend quality time with her children and to help start-ups and small business owners save money. “I realized that working long hours and weekends for someone else does not always pay off and having remote or part-time accounting professional is all what a small business really needs.”
In addition to 15+ years of experience as a financial professional, Ülle has a Bachelor's degree in Private Sector Accounting, MBA in Business Management and she is proficient in Amazon and other automated retail accounting software programs. She is also a Certified Advisor for FreshBooks, HubDoc, Patriot Payroll, QuickBooks and XERO.
